Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 10 to 14 business days. Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

• AT Home Furniture is charging shipping fees for the delivery across Egypt. Free shipping offers will be announced by AT Home Furniture.
• The delivery fees will be depending on the location where you live. The estimated delivery may be displayed at the checkout.
• The Estimated delivery time is about 10 – 14 business days, all delivery will be within day time between 9 AM to 10 PM.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order is shipped containing your tracking number(s).
• The tracking number may be active within 48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• AT Home Furniture is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order, for abroad location.
• All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
