Return Policy
AT Home Furniture customers are entitled to register a return request for the products subject to return, which are previously described on the product page, and in accordance with the terms and conditions for returns.
The return request can be submitted within 14 days from the delivery date.
How to submit return request?
You can initiate a return request for AT Home Furniture returnable products within 14 days through AT Home Furniture mobile application or via our hotline 01113111625.
Return request time frame 7 working days from the date of your request.
All return requests will be investigation by the concern team and will be in subject to reject if its miss matching our policy.
Non-returnable Products.
Products exceeded 14 days from the delivery date.
The products considered to be used in advertisements, pillow, mattress and towel,…etc.
Products made of glass in case of damage.
Products manufactured on demand in the event of a change of opinion on the product.
Products with a defect identified as misuse.
Products assembled by AT Home Furniture Home team.
The seal of the item needs to be in an intact condition all open products will not be accepted unless it’s returned in its original undamaged packaging
Return Policy and procedure
Once you initiate the return request, it will be subject to investigation by the concerned team and you will be contacted within 2 working days to either complete the return procedure or to be updated for the rejection reasons.
Once the return is accepted our courier will be contacting you to arrange the pickup date (date will be
confirmed by the customer) and pickup time frame is 2 working days between 9 am to 6 pm. In case the customer cancelled the pickup the return request will be closed.
Upon receiving the product it will be subject to quality check by the concerned team, and will be subjected to reject in case it does not comply with our return policy.
Will I be refunded or item will be replaced.
The amount will be refunded to your store credit within 2 working days from the quality check report.
Cash refund is not available, available balance can be used to repurchase please check refund policy for more details.
